This is a demanding and reliable type of report at the beginning of tenancy. This Report mainly aims to provide complete Inventory checks, schedule of condition, and contents of the property, taking meter readings, testing smoke, and multi-sensor alarms, and meeting tenants to hand over the keys. If they aren’t available, our clerk will deliver the keys to the local agent of the property or directly to landlords to collect them.
